We have implemented ESG analysis across our portfolio ranges to assess and manage both the positive and negative environmental impacts associated with our investment activities. This includes monitoring compliance with the UN Global Compact, key Principal Adverse Impact (PAI) indicators and impact metrics, including alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Environmental considerations are integrated into our investment governance framework and form part of our due diligence, fund selection, portfolio construction and ongoing monitoring processes. By incorporating environmental factors alongside traditional financial analysis, we seek to identify long-term risks and opportunities that may influence investment outcomes.

Reducing Waste & Supporting a Circular Economy
We are committed to minimising waste and promoting the principles of a circular economy wherever practical. Our offices provide recycling facilities to enable the responsible separation and disposal of waste materials, and we seek opportunities to reduce, reuse and recycle resources across our operations.
We also adopt a digital-first approach to working. By encouraging electronic communication, digital document storage and paperless processes, we aim to reduce paper consumption and minimise unnecessary printing. Where printing is required, colleagues are encouraged to do so responsibly.
