Stakeholders can raise grievances through any of these channels, and concerns will be directed internally to the appropriate process in line with our complaints and whistleblowing procedures. You are not required to determine the correct route before contacting us.
Grievance Handling Process
We are committed to handling all grievances, complaints, and concerns in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
When a concern is raised:

Acknowledgement: We aim to acknowledge receipt of your concern within 2–5 working days.

Assessment & Investigation: Your concern will be reviewed and directed to the appropriate internal process (e.g. complaints or whistleblowing), and investigated where required.

Process Information: On receipt of your concern, we will provide you with details of the relevant procedure, including the steps involved, expected timelines, and how the matter will be handled.

Response: We aim to provide a response or update within 10–20 working days, depending on the complexity of the issue.

Resolution: We will communicate the outcome and any actions taken to address your concern.
Where appropriate, concerns may be handled confidentially and in line with our whistleblowing protections.
